Apply for the Telmate Verify Program

Before you can deposit funds, receive calls from inmates, and leave voicemails, the facility needs to know who you are. The Telmate Verified program helps speed up this identification process. As part of this process, you will need a scan or digital photo of your ID.

If your computer has a Web cam or built-in camera, you may use our capture image tool to capture and save a photo of your id. You will need to return to this page to upload the image as part of the form below.

If you do not have a web camera, digital photo or scan of your ID, please download this form, fill it out, attach a photocopy of your ID, and submit it to Telmate (instructions for submission are on the form).
