Make a Deposit.
To make a deposit to an inmate’s trust/commissary account, the visitor simply follows a series of on-screen prompts and inserts cash or a credit card into the machine. The funds are instantly deposited in the selected inmate’s account – all the visitor needs to know is the inmate’s name.

Buy Prepaid Phone Time.
Prepaid phone time is purchased similarly – on screen prompts guide the visitor through the process, and they can use cash or a credit card to make the payment. The prepaid time is instantly available to the inmate and an automated voice mail message will be sent letting them know they have phone time available. The inmate can retrieve this voicemail by picking up the handset and entering their PIN number.
