Exit Debit Card

With this service, you are able to release an inmate’s exit funds directly to a debit MasterCard® when they are released. The debit MasterCard program benefits not only the jail but the inmate as well. Here’s how:

How It Works
We’ll provide you empty inactive debit cards. Upon detainee release, simply visit a our web site, enter the amount of the refund, the number printed on an inactive debit card, and then simply swipe the card through the card reader we’ve provided you. Swiping the debit card activates it, and the funds are immediately available for ATM withdrawal or point of sale purchase. The card’s default PIN is its last four digits, and this is changeable via toll free number and/or a website address that is printed on the card. Let the released inmate what the temporary pin is, that it can be used internationally, and remind them that funds can be added to the card, should the inmate not have an existing bank account.
