November 2010 - Telmate is now the exclusive calling and customer service solution used in all department of corrections facilities in the state of Montana.

March 2011 - On March 24th, the Oregon Department of Corrections formally announced their intent to award Telmate the exclusive inmate phone contract for all 15 DOC correctional facilities statewide, servicing approximately 15,000 inmates.

January 2011 - After one year of successful service to 18 primary ICE facilities, Telmate has been selected to provide inmate phone service to 83 ICE tertiary sites.
