Pinnacle Public Services (Telmate) was founded in 1998, providing service and installation to the leading inmate providers thoughout the Northwest. It was through the experience of providing service to other inmate providers that we recognized a need in the industry for a superior solution; one which provides facilities with uncompromising reliability and security coupled with prompt customer service and repair.

Since directly entering the market in 2005 with our Telmate Inmate Solution, we have driven innovation. Telmate’s cutting edge solutions not only improve profitability but provide inmates and their friends and family with the best inmate phone system in the world. We make inmate phone management seamless and trouble free for facility staff. Telmate’s solution was designed in-house specifically to meet the changing needs of the inmate industry.

Telmate provides services to facilities of all sizes, ranging from holding cells, city jails, county corrections facilities, state DOC’s and federal detention centers. Our largest account houses over 18,000 inmates. We have over 190 installations across 40 states and 2 Canadian provinces. Telmate is the fastest growing inmate telecom provider in North America. Unlike our competitors, our growth has been entirely organic, and a result of the close relationship we have with our customers who continually provide us with referrals to help grow our business.

Every facility is assigned as a single point of contact (a full-time Telmate dedicate customer service professional ‘Account Representative’) to handle all matter involving inmate telecom services. Our services include everything related to inmate phone service including telephone maintenance, repairs, telephone and electrical wiring, local, long distance and international carriers’ service, commissions, fraud prevention and resolution, customer service, installation, removals and remodels.

Our account representatives coordinate all issues with the appropriate department within Telmate and will ensure that all matters are resolved timely and resolution of issues promptly communicated with facility staff.
