Telmate is sponsoring the 5th Annual San Diego County Public Defender Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting San Pasqual Academy. The event will be held on March 31, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sycuan Golf Resort.
“We believe our technology is providing inmates with positive resources to get out and stay out, but we wanted to do something more to help reduce recidivism at its core,” said Chief Marketing Officer, Jeff Hansen. “Programs like the San Pasqual Academy in San Diego help at-risk youth in foster care so they can choose a better path.”
Located in Escondido, the academy provides foster teens with a stable, caring home, a quality, individualized education, and the skills needed for independent living. Teens live and learn at the academy, as they prepare for college and/or a career path.
